A MAGICAL PLACE ON THE EDGE OF THE PACIFIC OCEAN

Our parents, Peter and Gretchen, bought this property in the summer of 2001. The house had no working bathroom, no heat and the yard was a tumble of blackberry vines and dead grass. Over the next three years they lovingly renovated every inch of the house, and then tackled the water tower and barn. And then, over the next twenty years, our mother created a truly exceptional garden in the 1/2 acre that was once desolate and neglected. The house and barn have sweeping ocean and exquisite garden views from every window.
